No Returns Accepted

Refund Policy

If you believe you have received a product that does not meet our quality standards, please submit a claim within 14 days of receipt, including photos and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution decision. All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, our insurance coverage will provide a replacement or refund. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery for damaged packages, or within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages.
