The terms of this Agreement may be modified from time to time at Smooth September’s sole discretion and without notice to you.  You should from time to time review this website to take notice of any changes.  Your continued use of this website constitutes your acceptance of any such changes. 

PRIVACY POLICY

The use of this website is subject to Smooth September’s Privacy Policy. By accessing this website, you agree that you have read and consent to be bound not only to this Agreement but also to the Privacy Policy. 

USE OF THIS WEBSITE

You acknowledge and warrant that any information you may post, transmit or submit to this webpage does not: (i) infringe on your rights; (ii) infringe on a third party’s rights, specifically but not limited to any intellectual property rights, or any other confidential or proprietary right; and (iii) constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability. Additionally, you acknowledge and warrant that you will not knowingly post, transmit or submit any information that will cause damage to either the webpage or to any other user.

Your rights with regard to accessing this webpage may be terminated or restricted at any time at the sole discretion of Smooth September without notice to you.  Such termination shall be in addition to any rights Smooth September may enforce.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your customer account on this webpage. Should any charges or damages occur due to your not taking reasonable care of your customer account or password, you agree that you will be held solely responsible.

All materials displayed or otherwise accessible through this website are owned by Smooth September and third-party content suppliers, and are protected under the applicable copyright and trademark laws of the United States and elsewhere.  You hereby agree not to print, copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute or make any other similar use of the contents of this website, including, but not limited to, the text, graphics, audio and visual content, and code. Notwithstanding the above, you may access this website and make a single copy of the material for your personal, non-commercial use. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting you a license for anything other than your personal use.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

When you submit an order on this webpage, your order shall be considered as an offer to Smooth September.  Smooth September reserves the right to refuse your order at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: (i) the availability of the products in your area and (ii) if the products are incorrectly described or priced on the webpage.  All discounted item sales are final.   All purchases made using a credit card must be approved by the applicable third-party credit card service provider.  You agree not to resell any products purchased under this Agreement, nor to transfer any of your rights hereunder without the prior written consent of Smooth September.  

RETURN POLICY

We guarantee that our handcrafted artisan teas will leave our facility in peak condition. If any of our products do not meet your expectations, we want to know. If you are unsatisfied with your products we will gladly issue a store credit for your purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, on merchandise returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Smooth September is not responsible for the return shipping costs for returns based on personal preference or non-quality-related issues. Please note that orders are subject to a 20% or higher restocking fee, depending on circumstances. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. For more information, please contact us.

REFUND POLICY

At this time we do not offer refunds for order changes or cancellations. If you change your mind regarding your order and no longer wish to receive it, we are happy to issue you Smooth September store credit, less the cost of shipping. When inquired for, sale adjustments will only be granted for orders placed 48 hours prior to sale, and store credit will be offered in the form of an e-gift card and will be sent to the designated email address on the order. We do not allow refunds for sale adjustments.

COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO

Please note that we currently only ship to the US and Canada. 

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed in the order they are received and usually take 3-5 business days to produce before they ship (this does not include weekends, holidays, or otherwise specified days of closure).  Shipments originate in the Kansas City Area, and transit times vary depending on where packages are being delivered too. Please keep in mind that if you place your order after 2pm CST on Wednesdays, your order will not process or ship until the following week as Smooth September is not open for business over the weekend. This includes all orders that require expedited shipping (ie: Priority, Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, 3-Day Select).

HOLIDAY PROCESSING TIMES

During the holiday season (November 1st-December 31st), orders can take up to 10 business days to process prior to shipping. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please keep in mind that if you place your order after 2pm CST on Wednesdays your order will not process or ship until the following week as Smooth September is not open for business over the weekend. This includes all orders that require expedited shipping (ie: Priority, Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, 3-Day Select).
